Naomi Campbell Sued For Withholding Millions Of Dollars In Profits

Naomi Campbell is being sued by fragrance marketing company for breach of contract.

The lawsuit claims Campbell “has made millions of dollars from the sale of fragrances and cosmetics products conceptualized, created, developed and marketed with the assistance of” Moodform Mission.

Moodform filed the lawsuit on Monday in the New York State Supreme Court.

The fragrances that all the fuss is over are Naomi Campbell, Cat Deluxe and Seductive Elixir.

Moodform are claiming that Naomi did sent regular payments, as per contract requirement, from 2001 to 2008. however, it would seem that payments had ceased after this point and Campbell has “ignored” communications from Moodform since that point.
