The Baywatch star spent two days in hospital over the Thanksgiving holiday after allegedly suffering a seizure at his California home.

He has denied reports he was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold.

Hasselhoff’s lawyer, Mel Goldman, would not reveal the nature of his illness but said: “David is home now and he’s fine.”

Paramedics arrived at the America’s Got Talent judge’s home in Encino on Friday morning and he was taken by ambulance to LA’s Cedars Sinai Medical Centre.

The recovering alcoholic, who is nicknamed The Hoff, has been in hospital at least twice this year, most recently in September.

His latest medical incident comes as his ex-wife Pamela Bach was arrested for drink driving.

She was pulled over in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

Bach had blood alcohol levels of .14 and .13 on a breathalyser test, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The legal limit in California is .08.

She is scheduled to appear in court on Christmas Eve.

Bach was married to Hasselhoff for 16 years until he filed for divorce in 2006.

“After all of the excitement surrounding her appearance on Britain’s Got Talent, everyone expected her to make a big impact when she released her first music – but to arrive with such a bang is exceptional.”

While appearing on Good Morning Television in the UK, to promote her new film Precious, Carey made some crazy demands.

Carey arrived with an entourage that was even bigger than the entire GMTC crew, to ensure she looked perfect on air.

She even required two people to lower her on to the morning show’s sofa to ensure she would not crush her dress.

She is also reported to have arrived with her own toilet roll as well.

Just last week, reports surfaced that she insisted on being surrounded by 20 white kittens and 100 white doves for her appearance at a Christmas lighting event in London. She also reportedly demanded to be showered in butterfly-shaped confetti during the end of her performance.

But Carey has claimed most of these reports are overblown.

“I am baffled, shocked and appalled when I am called a diva,” she has said. “I’ve never done a diva-ish thing in my life.”
